Extracting horizons from K-layers

Use the Extract Horizon tool to create a horizon with tri-mesh representation based on the K-layer interface of a K-layer in your grid. The horizon will be available in the JewelExplorer > Data folder.

1. Select the grid from which you want to extract the horizon.
2. In the Horizon name field, enter the name of the new horizon.
3. In the K index field, enter the k-layer whose top surface you want to extract as a horizon.
4. Click OK or Apply.
5. The new horizon is placed under the Data > Horizons folder in the JewelExplorer.
